International Law Professor Awarded Baxter Military Prize
U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jeffrey Thurnher, an alumnus of the U.S. Naval War College and faculty member in the college’s international law department, received notification March 7 that he will be awarded the Richard R. Baxter Military Prize Certificate of Achievement from the American Society of International Laws Lieber Society.
