NEWPORT, R.I. - Kyle Barrett, a commander in the U.S. Navy and military faculty member at the U.S. Naval War College, appeared as a contestant on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” on Wednesday, Jan. 5 and Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011.

Kyle made it all the way up to the $100,000 question on Wednesday’s show and continued as a holdover contestant on Thursday, where he started by looking at the $250,000 question with no lifelines left.

Cmdr. Kyle Barrett, a professor in the Strategy and Policy Department at the Naval War College, won $100,000 as a contestant on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" on January 5 and 6. The show is hosted by the Emmy Award-winning Meredith Vieira (right). (Photo courtesy of Valleycrest Productions Ltd.)On Thursday’s show, Kyle decided to not answer his $250,000 question and walked away with the guaranteed $100,000 that he had already won. If he had guessed incorrectly on the $250,000 question, he would have fallen back to $25,000 in winnings.

$250,000 Question:  The familiar song known as “Here Comes the Bride” comes from the opera “Lohengrin,” in which it plays for a bride named what?

A: Uda
