Biography

Professor Fallon is a retired Marine Corps infantry officer. While at the U.S. Naval War College he has served as a military professor for Joint Maritime Operations courses. His staff tours include battalion and regimental operations officer billets and deputy operations officer, I Marine Expeditionary Force. His final operational tour was as the commander officer, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command.

Professional Highlights

2020

Military Professor, Joint Military Operations Department, U.S. Naval War College

Served as moderator for both junior and senior courses. Taught Leadership in the Profession of Arms elective.
2019

Commanding Officer, SPMAGTF-CR-CC

Led more than 2,000 Marines, Sailors and civilians throughout a 10-month deployment in a dynamic environment; missions ranged from kinetic operations to security cooperation engagements, spanning 8 countries.
2017

Deputy Operations Officer I MEF

Led a diverse team of active and reserve service members and civilians in planning and executing the training and operations of 50,000 Marines and Sailors.
