Harold V. Cully, LCDR

Lieutenant Commander Harold V. Cully graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1999. Following commissioning and flight training he served in Patrol Squadron Four Six (VP-46) and conducted two Western Pacific deployments. In 2007, Lieutenant Commander Cully was assigned to Combined Joint Task Force Paladin at Bagram Airbase Afghanistan as the Counter Radio controlled IED Electronic Warfare (CREW) Operations Officer. In 2011 he was assigned to COMUSNAVCENT where he served as an Air Planner in the Future Operations Department. While on the NAVCENT staff he also served as the Maritime Dynamic Targeting Chief and Attack Coordinator, and lead NAVCENT’s participation in all USCENTCOM directed Joint JADOCS exercises.
Ashore, Lieutenant Commander Cully served as the Assistant Director of Offshore Sailing at the United States Naval Academy and on the staff of Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing TWO where he served as the wing’s N6, the Tactical Operations Center AOIC, and Task Group Watch Officer. Also while ashore Lieutenant Commander Cully served on the COMUSEUCOM Staff working in the J5 Directorate, Strategy Division, where he contributed to the completion of the EUCOM Theater Campaign Plan.
