NEWPORT, R.I. -- Papers generated for last year's U.S. Naval War College Levy Chair workshop with the University of California's Institute for Global Conflict and Cooperation are now available online.
The workshop was conducted Sept. 12-13, 2011, and produced a number of policy brief papers on the topic "Changing Military Dynamics in East Asia: Grand Strategic and Technological Drivers and the Implications for U.S. and Regional Security."
NWC professors Thomas Mahnken, Timothy Hoyt, Andrew Erickson and Joshua Rovner contributed to the workshop.
