The Naval Services Game (NSG) is a series of war games conducted annually at the behest of the Naval Board to focus on issues of Navy and Marine Corps concern, and to further U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps integration. The game is co-designed and executed between the Wargaming Division of Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) and the War Gaming Department of the Naval War College. It is conducted at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.

NSG-13 is focused on exploring alternative naval force deployment constructs to meet Combatant Commander steady state and crisis response requirements, as well as the implications and challenges concerning the implementation, employment, and maintenance of those constructs. The final report is briefed to the Naval Board.
