Profile

Captain Molenda is the Director of the Maritime Advanced Warfighting School. He has significant US Navy experience in naval rotary wing aviation, anti-submarine warfare and operational planning. His significant Joint experience includes; ballistic missile defense, nuclear command and control, nuclear planning, HQ command center operations and joint exercise planning. His Naval War College teaching and research concentrations are operational planning (maritime, joint, interagency, and multinational), maritime operations, nuclear operations and operational leadership. He is a graduate of the Jacksonville University, US Naval War College and the Naval Operational Planner Course.
