Profile

CDR Nate Gandy was commissioned through NROTC at Maine Maritime Academy and qualified as SH60-F/H pilot through HS-1. He completed flying tours at HS-3, Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor at HS-10 and HS-14 in Atsugi Japan. He also served on staff as Assistant Air Operations Officer at CARGRUONE and as Special Technical Operations and Non-Kinetic Fires Branch Chief and USCENTCOM as part of the Information Operations Department. Prior to joining the JMO faculty CDR Gandy served as Base Executive Officer for Al Asad Air Base, Iraq.
