CDR Crouch is a Navy Judge Advocate who joined the JMO faculty in 2009 after graduating from the College of Naval Warfare. His prior assignments include USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75), Navy's Office of Legislative Affairs and various Trial and Defense Counsel assignments.
