- Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Senior Mentor program
- Maritime Operations Center (MOC) training courses and battle laboratory; Maritime Staff Operators Course (MSOC)
- Assist and Assess Team (AAT)
- NWC Ethics Conference
- Stockdale Group advanced research program in operational level leadership
