Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Kevin D. Scott (CNCS 1997 ), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Rear Admiral. Scott is currently serving as Deputy Commander, U.S. Naval Forces, U.S. Central Command, Manama, Bahrain.
