Air Force Maj. Gen. Noel T. Jones (CNW 2000), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Lieutenant General and for assignment as Vice Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Jones is currently serving as Director, Operational Capability Requirements, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans and Requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
