Matheson, (CDE) who has been selected for the rank of rear admiral (lower half), will be assigned as reserve deputy commander for fleet management, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Va. Matheson is currently serving as chief of staff, Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell Navy Repeal Implementation Task Force, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Va.
