Neil W.T. Hogg (CNCS 1992), has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service as Deputy Director, Program and Financial Control, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Washington, D.C. Hogg previously served as Deputy Director, Program/Budget Coordination Division, Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller), Washington, D.C.
