Rear Adm. Philip S. Davidson (CNCS 1992) will be assigned as deputy chief of staff for joint operations and fleet/joint training N3/N5/N7, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Va. Davidson is currently serving as senior military advisor to the U.S. special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Washington, D.C.
