Higby Nominated for Rank of Brigadier General

Air Force Col. Patrick C. Higby (CNCS 2000) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Brigadier General. Higby is currently serving as the Deputy Commander, White House Communications Agency, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
