Lt. Gen. Mark F. Ramsay (CNW 1999), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Lieutenant General and for assignment as Director, Force Structure, Resources and Assessment, J-8, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Ramsay is currently serving as Commander, Eighteenth Air Force, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
