Thebaud Assigned Chief Operating Officer of NETC

Capt. Cynthia M. Thebaud (CDE 1998), who has been selected for the rank of Rear Admiral (lower half), will be assigned as Chief Operating Officer, N7, Naval Education and Training Command, Norfolk, Va. Thebaud is currently serving as Special Assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations for Joint Chiefs of Staff Matters, Washington, D.C.
