Navy Capt. Ronald A. Boxall (CNCS 1997), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Rear Admiral (lower half). Boxall is currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Integration of Capabilities and Resources, N8, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
