Navy Capt. John P. Neagley (CNCS 1996), has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Rear Admiral (lower half). Neagley is currently serving as Major Program Manager for Littoral Combat Ships, PMS-501, Program Executive Office for Littoral Combat Ships, Washington, D.C.
