Air Force Brig. Gen. Michael S. Stough (CNCS 1996) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of major general. Stough is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Plans, Requirements and Programs, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
