Profile
Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Riley, an Army logistician, joined the NSDM faculty
in January 2010 and currently teaches the Policy Making Process (PMP) and
National Security Process Analysis (NSPA) courses. He graduated from Siena
College and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 1991. He holds a
B.S. in Finance, an M.S. in Air Mobility from the Air Force Institute of
Technology, and a M.A. in Nation Security and Strategic Studies from the
Naval War College. He has served in a variety of command and staff
assignments in units located within the United States and Germany. He has
deployed to several locations including Hungary as the Commander of the 66th
Transportation Truck Company in support of SFOR, Iraq as a Battalion
Operations Officer of the 6th Transportation Battalion and Kuwait as a
Battalion Executive Officer of the 6th Transportation Battalion in support of
OIF.
