Professor Michael Cotey Morgan
received his Ph.D. in international history from
Yale University. He also holds an M.Phil. from the
University of Cambridge and a B.A. from the
University of Toronto, both in international relations, and has been a visiting fellow at
Sciences Po in Paris. He has published academic and op-ed articles and serves as book review editor for the Canadian International Council’s
International Journal. He is currently completing a book manuscript, based on his dissertation, about the origins of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act.
