Commander Michael A. Borrosh, U.S. Navy, is a 1985 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He holds a B.S. in Physical Science and an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. A surface warfare officer and subsequently a naval flight officer, his operational experience includes: a ship‘s company tour USS SARATOGA (CV-60), and various afloat and expeditionary tours flying the A-6E and EA-6B. His staff/shore assignments include; EA-6B Fleet Replacement Squadron operations officer, Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Policy and Doctrine Division (N512) Aviation Strike Warfare Policy Officer, recruiting district executive officer, Naval War College Strategy and Policy military faculty, and most recently Commander Naval Forces Central Command Future Plans Center Strategy and Policy Director.
