Dr. Rovner is Associate Professor of Strategy and Policy. He is the author of Fixing the Facts: National Security and the Politics of Intelligence (Cornell University Press, 2011), as well as articles on intelligence reform, politics and strategy, nuclear proliferation, and deterrence. Rovner is also an adjunct professor at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and reviews editor for The Journal of Strategic Studies. Rovner holds a Ph.D. in political science from MIT.
