Colonel Daria P. Wollschlaeger assumed the responsibilities of the Deputy Chair and Professor of the International Law Department on 9 July 2009. From July 2007 to June 2008, she served as the Staff Judge Advocate, HQ, U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
A native of Michigan, Colonel Wollschlaeger attended law school at the University of Detroit School of Law. Upon graduation, she received a Juris Doctorate degree and then entered active duty as a direct commissionee in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 1988.
Colonel Wollschlaeger is a graduate of the 117th Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course (1988); the Combined Arms and Services Staff School (1995); the 44th Judge Advocate Officer Advanced Course (1996); the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas (2002) and the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island (2009). She received a Masters of Law Degree in Comparative and International Law from Georgetown University Law Center (1999).

Colonel Wollschlaeger is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and she is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also admitted to practice before the Army Court of Criminal Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Supreme Court.
Colonel Wollschlaeger’s awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal; Meritorious Service Medal (6OLC); Army Commendation Medal (4OLC); Army Achievement Medal; National Defense Medal with Bronze Star; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; Southwest Asia Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Korean Defense Service Medal; NATO Medal; Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia) and Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait). Other decorations include the Army Service Ribbon and the Overseas Service Ribbon, 5th Award.
