COMMANDER CHAD PIACENTI, USN joined the Naval War College faculty in November, 2010. He holds the occupational specialties of Intelligence Officer and Operational Planner. His educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University, and an M.A.in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Previous operational tours include: Intelligence Supervisor for the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command; N2 for Commander, Amphibious Squadron FOUR; Intelligence Plans and Policy Officer for Commander, Naval Forces Europe; and Aviation Intelligence Officer for Strike Fighter Squadron 115. He has deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo in various intelligence and planning capacities as well as completing afloat deployments with USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN, USS WASP (ESG 2) and USS IWO JIMA (ESG 2).
